I love everything about healthy living, fitness and physical activity. I have experience in; martial arts, bodybuilding, powerlifting, strength and conditioning. I wish to share my passion for fitness and everything i have learned over the years, whilst also helping people get on the right track to reach their own goals and avoid some of the mistakes I made over the years and subsequently learned from. I work closely with clients to create a program for their goals. I will aim to make it an enjoyable experience, adjusting to clients pace, whilst also remaining challenging and rewarding. The benefits of setting goals and achieving them will not only help clients physically, but also mentally.
